My name is Michael Dankwah Agyeman-Prempeh, a passionate Graphic & UI Designer and Technologist pursuing an MEng in Design, Technology, and Innovation at Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering. With a BSc in Computer Engineering from Ashesi University, I blend technical expertise with a deep commitment to user-centered design.
My journey spans diverse roles in UI development, project coordination, and graphic design. From enhancing user interfaces at Goldman Sachs, UK to co-leading Tullow Oil's successful take over of oil production operations through the Transformation Project achieving 20% cost savings, I've honed my skills in UI Design, Data Analysis and Visualization, Project Management, and Software Engineering across both corporate and startup environments.
I'm driven by a passion for combining user-centered design, engineering, and technology to create sustainable innovations that not only address user needs but enhance their experiences. My expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Excel, Python programming complements my technical skills, allowing me to approach challenges from multiple angles.
As an innovator at heart, I've won a Facebook Hackathon in Ghana which sent me to Facebook's office in London and developed an IoT-based bed monitoring system for health institutions. I'm particularly excited about exploring AI's potential in shaping our technological landscape.
